01 The academy diary
Upcoming workshop cohorts.
Future-dated workshop cohorts only, with direct paths to the workshop detail and registrar-reviewed reservation flow.
Before you choose a date
Pick the cohort that fits your scope. If the foundation route feels too basic or an intermediate workshop has prerequisites, apply for review and the registrar will point you at the right cohort.
02 Confirmed dates
Choose from the live diary.
Seats are derived from the same workshop session data used by the homepage and workshop detail pages. Sold-out rows stay visible, but they route to detail rather than reservation.

03 Before you reserve
What you actually book.
- A registrar-reviewed request. No payment is taken until the academy confirms the cohort fits your professional registration and scope.
- A small practical cohort. Capacity is intentionally limited for supervised hands-on teaching and ultrasound-guided anatomy.
- A workshop detail page first. If a cohort is sold out, use the detail page to review prerequisites and register interest through the academy review route.

Share your clinical background and the registrar will recommend a suitable workshop, course sequence, or later cohort.

Request a private cohort.
Practices enrolling several clinicians can use the same review route to ask about cohort suitability, invoicing, and faculty availability.

Recognition11 Common questions
Questions a doctor would ask.
Concise answers. If yours is not here, write to the registrar. Every email is read by a member of faculty within two working days.
Why do sold-out cohorts still appear?
They show the shape of the academy diary and help candidates understand when a track next runs. Sold-out rows link to the workshop detail rather than a reservation request.
What happens after I reserve a place?
The registrar reviews your professional registration, clinical scope, and selected cohort before payment instructions are sent.
What if no dates are listed?
Register interest through the academy review route. The registrar will write when the next suitable cohort opens.
